Puppy Application

Let's start here with our standard application. ALL QUESTIONS ARE REQUIRED. Once received, we will contact you to schedule a phone call or in person visit. ***If you do not see the "send" button to submit your form, double check that all fields have been filled out. If it is not securely fenced, would you be willing to have it fenced before bringing your puppy home?
Are you willing to visit us before taking a puppy home?
Would you allow us to visit your home?
Would you allow us to visit or would you agree to send updates and photos over time?
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that Adili Ridgebacks will ask you to sign a contract indicating, among other things, that you will return the puppy/dog to us should you ever become unable to care for your dog. This agreement is for the life of the dog.
